On Monday, April 13, 2026, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan officially inaugurated the Mohammed VI Tower. Acting by order of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Crown Prince unveiled the structure on the right bank of the Bouregreg River.

Standing as a symbol of modernity and regional influence, the tower is a centerpiece of the “Rabat, City of Light, Moroccan Capital of Culture” program, aiming to integrate the development of the twin cities of Rabat and Salé.

Architectural and Engineering Feats

The Mohammed VI Tower is now the tallest building in Morocco and a marvel of contemporary engineering.

• Height: 250 meters across 55 stories.
• Deep Foundations: The tower rests on foundations 60 meters deep, specifically engineered to withstand earthquakes, river flooding, and complex geotechnical conditions.
• Stability Systems: To counteract wind sway and seismic vibrations, the building is equipped with an innovative harmonic damper system, ensuring the comfort of residents on the upper floors.
• Vertical Mobility: The structure is served by 36 high-speed elevators.

Developed by O Capital Group, the tower functions as a vertical ecosystem, housing a variety of luxury and functional spaces:
